Red Flag that I won't ignore
Upon registering a new account, my password was emailed to me in plain text format. This indicates that the company is not aware of security best practices and keeping user data safe
Doesn’t work
Main feature of tagging photos doesn’t work on iOS 18. Despite all permissions activated in settings, the app constantly says “Speech recognition not yet authorized”.
Great Concept, Horrible Execution
First, for over a year, every single member of my company has had an issue where our card is charged and renewal receipt is received, but our accounts are stuck deactivated (which means no website access and no sharing with collaborators, both of which are critical for our workflow). This continues for days unless I manually call in. I’ve brought this to their attention every single time, every single time I get told someone will look into it and call me back, and the issue just continues. This paired with consistent loading errors when enlarging images, the occasional corruption and deletion of photos, and numerous other UI bugs leads me to believe the company threw together an app, made the money they wanted during their first ad campaign, and are now content to let this subpar product stagnate on the App Store until their user base fully abandons them.

HELLO IS ANYONE HOME?
I don’t know what I was thinking downloading this. It looked to have so much promise and potential. I even paid for one of the subscription upgraded versions. I can’t even get it to open the app now on the phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall it. I’ve tried to access my account on the website and can’t even login to due to some weird errorsAnd I’ve checked my account name and email and password and reset everything and make sure it’s all legit. Even on the app, that I paid for, after I deleted and reinstalled it and tried to restore the purchase the app keeps saying I have the basic version. Honestly judging by the fact that the last comment on this was a year ago it seems like no one is actively working on this app anymore

Camera
This app needs to utilize the new wider cameras lens featured in the newer iPhones (mine is an iPhone 11 max pro).
It is an extreme problem when trying to fit elevation photos into view and not having enough space to back up. Next lets talk about the microphone in this app which is terrible. Unless utilizing ear pods, forget about using voice to text for photo labeling, it’s pathetic at best.
Come on app developers, please keep up with the equipment this app is used on!

Works better on iPhone than iPad
This app does exactly what I want it to do: take pictures and associate them with a specified location and then create a photo report with the organized, captioned images. However, I have discovered that the assignments completed with the iPad app often do not sync with the web app. I don’t have this problem when I use the app on my iPhone. Fix that problem, along with my current projects that show the spinning progress indicators, and I’ll give it 5 stars.

Quality home inspection app
I’ve used multiple inspection app out there and by far this is the best and most easiest to use app I’ve found on the market. The new camera compass and pitch gauge tools are great additions to this fabulous platform. I love that the app also has a web app that I can also review and modify my images. Two thumbs up!

The app is Very good
The app is very good. However, the customer service in even better. I am not very computer illiterate so I had trouble with a few of the teachers. The customer service in answering questions is extremely quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this out because anybody in the industry.

Hands down the best property damage inspection app on the market. I urge anyone who loves to save time to make this app part of your arsenal. Not only does it produce quality photo reports but now they’ve included an in-app compass and a pitch gauge within the camera. Two thumbs up!
