Dear User, Our team is trying to understand the renewal issue the 2 users on your team have been experiencing, which appears that those 2 accounts have purchased the app on multiple platforms in the past which is causing a communication issue with both payment platforms as the original subscription may not have been cancelled before switching to the new one. Our tech team is monitoring the issue internally and working on a solution to help prevent this from reoccurring every month. We just released a new version of the mobile and web apps on Sept 30, 2022 with a bunch of new features and fixes to the issues you mentioned you experienced in the past, which we believe will enhance your team's overall experience of the entire platform. Camera
It is an extreme problem when trying to fit elevation photos into view and not having enough space to back up. Next lets talk about the microphone in this app which is terrible. Unless utilizing ear pods, forget about using voice to text for photo labeling, it’s pathetic at best.
Come on app developers, please keep up with the equipment this app is used on!
