Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting music on your videos. 😔 Here are a few things you can check: Music/Audio switch – Before generating a video, make sure the music or audio button inside the template is turned ON (usually a speaker or music icon). Device volume – Check that your phone or tablet is not on silent and that the volume is turned up. Test with another template – Some templates may not include background music. Try a well‑known dance template (e.g., “Be Rhythm Pro”) to see if music plays. If you've done all these and still have no sound, it could be an issue with our app or the specific template you're using. Could you please tell me: Which template you are using?
