Forgot Password Not an Option
I was trying to access after a few years of not accessing. I forgot the password and do not have an option to reset the password. Help !

My app won’t let me watch my save videos
I have used this app for a long time. Yet the last week I have not been able to use my saved videos. I keep all my old ones saved but I can’t play anything in it.

I had the app for a long time then it updated and my passcode is lost now

I’m logged in with my email and have my subscription but I can’t upload my backup and when i click in the photos all i see is black it doesn’t show even if i stay for a long time

Why change the name of the app!!
When I install this app due to it’s name , now there’s no benefit of it all the secret vanish

i had downloaded this app thinking that i was going to delete all the stuff in my hidden i then uploaded it to the app and half of the pictures and videos has not even been uploaded i’ve been on the “backing up now” screen for the LONGEST i’ve even paid i want it fixed now or i want my money BACK
Crashes and private photos disappeared
Don’t use this app !! Terrible my photos are gone and the apps continually crashed.
Why disguise it as a calculator if you name it Photo Vault?!?!
This app worked okay a couple years ago, and then it crashed for six months straight and I thought I had lost everything. Then it started working again but with a couple problems that baffles me.
1. I can’t see any of the pictures I hide here until I click on them. It has me punching blindly at photo frames until finding the one I’m looking for.
2. The name under the app icon is now “Photo Vault” and the icon has a lock in the corner. Then why is it disguised as a calculator?!?! Nobody is going to be fooled by a “calculator” that gives a hint in the picture and then boldly tells the secret purpose in the name. It’s moronic.
I did give it two stars because they fixed the crashing problem long after I accepted my photos were lost, and I did recover them.

Stupidly expensive, mildly useful.
Ive had and used this app for several years. It was always a decently reliable app that did what it was meant to do. The recent updates have ruined the app however. The app, which is supposed to be a "stealth" app is no longer stealthy. It used to be called calculator on your home screen, now its called photo vault. That defeats the whole purpose of the calculator function. The app now shows 5 second ads that aren't programmed correctly, as half the time you are unable to exit out of them without restarting the app.
Photos can't be rotated in the app and everything is stuck in portrait mode. And lastly, the developer want $10 a month for the ad-free version! Many subscription services cost less than that! I might have considered a $10 one-time payment, or a $3 monthly, but there is no way this app is worth $10 a month. I'll be uninstalling this one and looking for a decent app to take its place.

No customer service, they won’t answer, pics get deleted. They don’t support previous customers no back up for old data
