Dear developer. You have responded to my review about not being able to access my videos. You have told me to provide you with my account information but have not told me where to send it? Can I have some details on where to send this information. I had sent emails in the past as well as messages on the app. But had no response. So I want to make sure I send them to the correct place. Not recognizing my subscription
I recently downloaded your PA-Photo Vault app and after creating one album I bought the year subscription to be able to use all what the app has to offer creating more albums etc. After the purchase I was able to create one more album and now the app is acting as if I had not purchase the subscription and it’s not letting me access my phone library. It lets me create and name an album but I can not add more photos from my phone library because apparently doesn’t recognize I already paid for a year subscription at Apple’s AppStore. The app charged me $15.99 for the subscription.
I will give the app 5 stars as soon as the problem is solved because it’s a great app, of course if it works specially after pay $15.99 for a year.
I will like to solve this as soon as possible.

Crashing
App looks and feels great but whenever i log in and try to click into my only photo folder, it crashes, everytime. Ive tried transferring files over with the multiple options and it still crashes.

So far it’s really great
It’s a really nice app if you want to hide passwords, photos personal notes, etc. I personally use it for my site passwords and messages to myself that I’m not comfortable with people seeing. It’s also password protect which is even better. Definitely recommend this app. :)
