About

When you open photo5, it says, “It’s photo time.” After using it a few times, I started to understand: this isn’t just another photo app. The keyword is “simultaneous shooting.” With someone who’s logged in, 3, 2, 1—and you take a photo. In my photo, there’s a half-finished ring on the mug, and messy earbuds on the table. In someone else’s photo, there was a cabbage from the supermarket. Which country is that? It was big and proud, and it made me smile. Simultaneous shooting has a strange kind of goodness. You don’t have to try to take a perfect photo. It doesn’t have to be a “great moment.” I snapped a convenience store by the station on a casual walk. At the same time, someone else captured sunrise by the sea. It’s the same “now,” but here it’s night, and there it’s morning. Both are true—so there’s no ranking. Sharing real life with someone far away has become a small joy lately. Looking up at a cloudy sky, I ask without aiming at anyone: “How’s the weather over there?” With photo5, photos become a kind of “signal.” With someone, somewhere in the world. <Key features> ■ Albums of photos taken at the same time Enjoy other users’ photos captured at the same moment, lined up beside your own. ■ Share anonymously No username or account required. All posts are shown anonymously. ■ Timeline view Browse your photos in chronological order and naturally look back on your days. ■ Automatic location & place name The place name is added automatically, and you can also visualize it on a map. ■ Designed for peace of mind—even anonymously We don’t collect personally identifying information, and locations are shown only at the city/municipality level. ■ Recommended for • People who want to “share” photos rather than “show” them like social media • Travelers who want to discover scenes someone shot at the same time and enjoy them later • Anyone who gets excited by photo connections and happy coincidences • You can delete your posts yourself, but if you uninstall the app, you won’t be able to delete past posts. If you want to delete them, please do so before uninstalling.
