Pic blurry this app does not fix that zoom is no good if blurry

Hi Pissed Off Player #1, it sounds like maybe you had the focus set to an object that was perhaps too close? At any rate, millions of zoom shots have been shot with srZOOM and a zoom by itself is impossible to be blurry...unless the focus is incorrectly set. If you would, could you please share the video you shot, the process you used and the iPhone model to our support contact, so can investigate further. Thank you, srZOOM Team
