Been discovered this app last pandemic and I enjoyed doing my own photobook using this app. Super happy with the quality of your books and proven that it will last for years.
Website & App dont align
I thought having to download the app makes it easier. Some promo only for Apps. Fine. But when you purchase thru website, you can’t edit or use the voucher using apps. And if you create a project in apps, you can’t edit it in website. So complicated. And they dont have help button and when you want to create a project because already bought vouchers, you can’t. Jeez.
I prefer to use the other photo print brand. This prob first and last.

Giải quyết vấn đề thì lâu mà còn bắt chuyển tiền ngay từ đầu:))))cứ như lừa đảo gần cả tháng rồi mà không thấy ship hàng hay có email về vận đơn, đừng ai tải mất tiền oan
Useless app
Downloaded the app to create a pho book - completely useless. The app keeps crashing, doesn’t upload picture correctly, takes forever to browse through the app. Impossible to use; recommend to use a different app.
App crashes
Not really a review but when I updated the app, I can’t even open it. Closed down automatically. But seems to work if u delete and than reinstall. Photos uploaded here and on pc will it look the same in terms of quality?

Mình đã đặt in ảnh, album, móc khóa và ly tại Photobook. Mình muốn chia sẻ để mọi người lưu ý: khi nhận sản phẩm, màu in thực tế rất tối so với hình hiển thị trên điện thoại. Mình đã liên hệ với bên hỗ trợ nhưng họ không chịu trách nhiệm cho vấn đề này. Dù mình đã chọn loại giấy tốt nhất, các tấm ảnh vẫn rất tối và khó nhìn rõ khuôn mặt. Mọi người nên cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đặt hàng.I ordered photo prints, an album, keychains, and mugs from Photobook. I’d like to share this as a caution: the printed colors are much darker than what appears on the phone screen. I contacted customer service, but they did not take responsibility for this issue. Even though I selected the best paper option, the photos came out very dark and faces are hard to see. Please be careful before placing your order.

Order matter
Why are photos in the wrong order. Is it so complicated to take the frekin metadata and order chronologically? Do i want a photobook with pictures in wrong order? Of course not. Do you want 5 stars? Then learn chronology ffs.
WORST PHOTO PRINTING EXPERIENCE
Ordered hundred plus pieces of photo printing service and the outcome was the worst thing ever in my life so far. All the photos printed were so poor in quality with all the human faces dark like coal and the sunny sceneries turning gloomy like the end of the world. Tried to print the same photos using another photo printing company (Lifebuuk) and the outcome was statisfactory with minimal discrepancy. This is totally considered cheating on customers . Really disappointed and will never order from this company again. Thank you, Next!

Unsatisfied
I tried using the App first on the free prints and paid for the extra prints plus the shipping fee. They said it would take 5-10 business days but now its been almost a month and there’s no delivery yet, my order is still being processed, even after reaching out to their customer service which by the way took a very long time to reply. If i hadnt reached out, i would never find out that the materials that i requested wasn’t available, and they had no idea when they will restock. Until now i still haven’t received my order. I will definitely think twice making an prder here again. Or maybe they just treat people with cheap orders like that. i dunno. Anyways, the experience was bad.

Bad bad bad
Don't get the super rush shipping. It would still take them forever to ship it. And the customer service Cams does not reply at all.
The Worst Photo Book Service
Choose the design service and chat the the customer service say will email us, end up no received the design and shipping already, don’t know is app issue or what I saw on the website is able to review 3 time one, but end up I use application to purchase then there was show can’t edit and review.
Quality issue
Although the app is easy to use and I like the free printing offers, the quality of prints is not there. The prints feel cheap. I reached out to the customer service but like some of the reviews said, they didn’t follow up. It’s a bummer… but I don’t recommend this.
Really Frustrated
A friend was able to create what was a really nice book. Decided to try. Not a good experience. Not at all intuitive, app keeps asking over and over to do a function and even when by a miracle you get something resembling photo pages it disappears. Went to Popsa and created a 59 pg, 200 pics book in an afternoon.

App does not work on iPad at all
Some buttons in the app just cannot be clicked- like the very important tick and confirm button. Without being able to click on that button, there’s no way I can proceed with the order. I don’t even know why this app exists in the App Store

I’m a return customer and I recently wanted to order a second photo book, only to discover that the app crashes every time I click on it. I have updated the most recent app version. Can you get it fixed?
