SCAM

I paid $39.99 to upgrade for a year and the app stopped allowing me to boost photos after it made a bunch of not so great versions. I deeply regret my purchase. It was not worth it.

Good but bad after the update

I used to use this all the time and for awhile it was great but since the new update where they added a watermark it’s both unfair and is bad as now you have to pay to have no watermark on the image (crafty) when before there was no watermark at all and you didn’t have to pay extra for no watermark I don’t mind paying for more features IF I ACTUALLY USED THEM (which I don’t I only use the enhancer tool) but just paying just to have no watermark along with other features that I’m never gonna use just to have no watermark on my image is just absurd there was nothing wrong with the way the app was before when you didn’t have a watermark to worry about now the watermark on your enhanced quality image is just annoying and is just an excuse and anything for them to make more money off the app most likely because people aren’t paying for extra features and they know they will when the option is having no water mark 😒 (again crafty very crafty and shame on you Photo Boost creators shame on you)

Pictures & Videos

When not being satisfied with the picture or even the make of the movie. There should be an option for yes or no. I’m not satisfied with the picture or the movie at all. Instead of me, going to my file and erasing it myself. The videos just. From 2 pictures. Is not even allowing me to do a retake of the video by saying that I’ve reached my video editing.

Poor optimisation

The app literally did not optimise the facial features of an image which was a digital photo of a Polaroid. Not impressed. Sry.

App Just Stops

The app goes through the steps of improving clarity of photo and I last step, stops and says check internet connection. My connection is fine (4 bars). App is just not working.

PhotoBoost logo issue

I don’t like how when I’m editing my pictures to get clearer photos. The moment I go to save them it has the PhotoBoost logo at the bottom. It kinda ruins my picture because the logo shows on the image. Is there anything you guys can do to fix this issue ? Overall the app is perfect I love it.

Scam!

Stated 7 day free trial and billed my cc $28 as soon as I downloaded the app. I tied to edit photos and I keep getting an error message to check internet.

Took money only wanted trial

Update: They have ignored my contact, on the day it occurred, demanding a stop to the trial and refund. Indeed, the payment was taken. Fraud. Clicked for an alleged 7 day free trial and it took 29.99. Email to cancel will not go through…
