Refund please —avoid
The calendar was due to arrive on 11th Feb. It has still not arrived. I have made 2 separate requests via the only way of contacting them using their internal messaging system and have had no reply. I now need to take legal action to try and get a refund. Please avoid this feels like a scam.

Just downloaded this app for iPad. It only works in portrait mode? Doesn’t help if you use a keyboard with an iPad
Wonderful calendars
I was super impressed with the quality of these calendars. Also, the customer service was top-notch. I actually had an issue with one of my calendar is not arriving and they re-printed it and shipped it out again. The price was much cheaper than some of the other competitors out there. Would definitely recommend and buy again!!

I originally hadn’t received my order due to UPS failed delivery. I contacted customer service and they sent out a second delivery. Thank you for resolving this.
Frustrating app
Making calendars with my photo app was easy and great. I made 3 separate calendars and tried to checkout. Two calendars were registered in the checkout basket, but it was not possible to checkout the third calendar. Every time it loaded, it replaced one of the two calendars already checked out. After contacting support, I was told to rename each calendar, which is not possible. None of the options suggested worked, as for example logging onto the PhotoCalendars website. All my apps and software are up to date. A very frustrating and time wasting experience !!

Haven’t received my order
Hi there, I haven’t received my order. The process to create the calendar was great. I’m looking forward to receiving the calendar.
It was scheduled to be sent by October 4,2025. It’s now October 27, 2025. I can’t find an email to contact. The email address is a no reply / undeliverable email and the report a problem is an AI chat bot that has not resolved the issue.
Would love to amend this review if someone is able to please contact me about my order and resolve the issue.

AWESOME
The calendar came exactly as I made it! The app had an amazing promo for a free calendar and I only had to pay shipping! At first I was even scared to use the app cause I thought the promo was too good to be true but NOPE! It arrived and was exactly what I expected! So happy with my calendar :)
Excellent service
This is the first time I have had a calendar created, using my photographs. I’m delighted with the results. It arrived within the expected timeframe.

Nearly Perfect!
I have a large family and I decided to make them individualized calendars this year. I took pictures off their social media interspersed with photos of them when they were growing up. Even with me screen shooting some photos, the quality of the calendar photos were great! Being able to add family birthdays was another plus!
Cons: Even though they say you can order many calendars for one shipping price, the app couldn’t handle more than 4 different calendars. When I added a fifth, one of the previous calendars would disappear. It was frustrating trying to rebuild the list calendar.
One of my orders was wrong. They sent me 3 copies of the same calendar instead of 3 different calendars. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from customer service. In the end, I ended up remaking some calendars which I paid full price plus shipping for, again.
I would use the app again, but I would do so carefully.

The app is a mess
I can’t proceed to check out because I don’t have a cover photo. So when I try add a cover photo the page stuck on loading. I tried to tap out and access my calendar again, guess what I can’t go back into the interface anymore! I spent more than 5 hours to make the calendar with 72 photos and now all my time has been wasted. App testing your software please.

Never showed up
The only present ordered for my elderly mother and didn’t even show up on time. Ordered in 12/11 and it is 12/25 and no calendar. Also no details about how long it would take to ship. Won’t be using again. Would rather use 1 day service at local photo place.
The WORST
My experience with PhotoCalendars has been beyond frustrating. Two of my calendars were printed with the wrong photos on each month. Like not one month was printed properly. The only way to reach out for assistance is through their AI chat which said I’d be getting an email from a real person to address my issue but after three days, I’ve heard nothing, despite requesting multiple times. Then I tried to request a refund and they said my order is not eligible despite having a “money back guarantee.” I will not be using this app again as now I most likely won’t have gifts for the people I ordered calendars for this Christmas.

Just received my custom calendars for 2025. From order to receiving the calendars took about 10 days. I’m really impressed with the photo quality of the calendar. Especially when compared to the ones I got from another company the year before. All the custom event and birthdays are correct. Thank goodness each calendar is individually wrapped in plastic. It was raining here and the package is soaking wet. But the calendars aren’t affected by the rain. Definitely will return for next year’s. Thank you!

Photo calendars
I ordered 4 different sizes and at a cost of ted 1 over 350 bucks. On one order they left out March and April. This was an 80 dollar. They promised to redo and correct without additional charges. They printed 1 calendar from a different order which did not have 2 months missing. I planned to order mugs and shirts but will never do business with them again. A big and costly mess!

An app that works with iPad for making family calendars! Have made them for 12 years and struggled to get everything to work. This app makes it so easy! Im so glad I found it!
