Just a quick note: during onboarding, you can select your preferred pose style and choose to see only masculine poses. If you head into your pose library, you'll find the full free collection there, and we're constantly adding new free poses plus new ways to unlock more daily. We've only just launched, so we're growing fast with a lot more on the way.
Game changer
Could have been a live saver, BUT
1. If I choose a pose and open the in app camera, i can not switch to the front camera. How am I supposed to see the pose?
2. The In App camera won’t let us switch the format

Hi, sorry for the frustration here. To clarify how the trial works: the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless it's cancelled before that date, so if a cancellation happens after the renewal has already gone through, the charge can still process. That's handled entirely through Apple, not something we can see or control on our end. The good news is Apple makes it easy to request a refund. You can do it at reportaproblem.apple.com, and they'll review it directly. We'd recommend giving that a try. We're a new app and not out to catch anyone off guard, so we're sorry this left a bad impression.

Hi, we're really sorry for the frustrating experience, that's definitely not how things are meant to work. The auto-capture issues with timing, flash, and the continuous shooting you described sound like bugs we want to get fixed right away, so thank you for flagging them. On poses, there are actually many more available in your pose library beyond the two you cycled through, and we're constantly adding new free poses plus new ways to unlock more daily. We've only just launched, so we're growing fast and improving quickly.

Thank you for the kind words, and so sorry about the camera trouble! That black/gray screen was a minor bug affecting a specific iOS version, and it's now fixed in the latest update. Please update the app and you should be good to go. We can't wait for you to try everything.
