Cancellation

I was since 8:15am today 5/3/2024, waiting to be allowed to join the meeting and at 8:43 the school emailed me letting me know that the meeting was cancelled.

Sometimes I receive notification of a new job on my phone, however that job does not show in the mobile app. I only use mobile to accept new jobs, it’s frustrating when I can’t do that.

Hi, thanks for your review. If you are notified of a new job and then you do not find it in the list of jobs, it means that the job has been assigned to multiple providers and has already been taken by someone else. Hope you still find the app useful.

Suggestions

Hello,
I’d like to suggest some new functions. May I?

Would it be possible to add a Split View for Apple mobile devices?

And how about Notifications of new jobs?

Hi Malgorzata, thanks for your suggestions, to be notified of a new job, your project manager, while creating a job, needs have you as the provider assigned and needs to set the "Notify providers" to true. Unfortunately, the app does not support the split screen on Apple, it should work fine on Android, though.

Upload issues

I used to be able to upload files via phone to projects and it has not worked for several months. Keeps saying can’t do the import settings.

App is not sending notifications…

…despite settings all activated. By the time the email notification is received, the job is no longer visible in the app or on the website. I will adjust my rating once this is resolved.

Great!

Really loving this CAT, I am still pretty new to it. I appreciate how easy is to navigate it. Quick question - I am traveling and don’t always have the best internet connection. I have downloaded Memsource to my phone, would it able to work without internet once that I have downloaded work? Or is the mobile editor a different app I need to download?

I.e If I have no WiFi, would it still be able to access work and translate? Thank you !! I would love to continue using Memsource.

Hi, thanks for your review and question. Sorry for the belated answer caused by the festive season. The mobile editor is part of our mobile app. The offline mode is not supported at the moment, but it is in our plans to allow users to work also when offline. Please stay tuned.

Great features that are easy to use, it looks great and now that you can edit translations on mobile it's a really powerful translation tool.
