Amazing Teachers and Content, But Video and Audio Quality Need Improvement!
I have been studying from Physics Wallah for quite some time now, and I absolutely love the content and the way the teachers explain every concept. The teaching style is top-notch, and it makes learning very easy and enjoyable.
However, there is one major area where the platform is lagging behind—Video and Voice Quality.
Video Quality: The video resolution often feels very basic. When watching classes on a tablet or a larger screen, the text on the board isn't as sharp as it should be. I request the team to please upgrade the video streaming quality to at least a stable 1080p HD, so that we get a much clearer viewing experience.
Voice Quality: While the teachers are fantastic, the audio clarity is sometimes compromised. There is occasional background noise, or the audio feels muffled. Enhancing the voice quality to make it crisp and crystal clear would make a huge difference in our concentration.
As a student, I want PW to be the best in every aspect. The education part is already 10/10, but upgrading these technical elements (video and audio) will make the learning experience perfect.
I hope Alakh Sir and the PW technical team will look into this and upgrade it soon. Thank you!❤️

The video keeps stuck
The video of recorded lectures keeps getting stuck even though i have enough storage in my ipad and the latest version installed.I also have a very good network connectivity, also the inbuilt report features on the app doesn’t work and keeps showing weird symbols every time i try to report it . Please fix it ASAP.

Pi not on ipad
If the new ott section pi is not available on tabs (like my ipad 9 ) . It’s difficult t9 manage multiple things from mobile phones . I request Alakh sir to resolve this problems as fast as possible .

Respected PW, I am student of NDA Uday foundation 2027 I have one request to you and also this problem every student facing on iPad, so my request is all that features we get on like getting notification of cancelled class upcoming class, like that notifications or when I do lectures in window, then pull unable and also poles have a problem. Teacher start pole and pull ends directly. Like we have 25 seconds more to give answers, but when timer come on 20 seconds directly shut down, sometimes lecture stop directly with having full internet also lecture download very slowly in 5G internet. Please solve my problems. Make new update on iPad. Please this is the update and request from every iPad student your app also. XP system is available on Phone that is very enjoyable system for study, but we don’t get that on iPad add

One thing that I hate is ,
1 . sometimes the app logs out on it’s own idk what’s the issue but it happened quite a lot of time ,
2. and the voice notes in sarthi takes almost few hours to open ,
3 . And I don’t know for some reason when I opened my batch I was unable to find some chapters

The concept is really amazing and the teachers are highly energetic and everyone’s turn is there to ask questions and if we ask questions under 1 to 2 minutes, answer is ready and we can also use AI chat to clear to do our concept more better early and but there is one problem which I means don’t like actually in this, what teachers can do, but really do the video call with faculty, but not everyone’s chances there in every class one or two students in every class 5 to 7 students are repeating and teachers are not doing anything. So I think this is wrong. I have also charted. I have also in the chat replied 500 to 600 times, but till today I haven’t got a chance to video call with the teacher. This is the wrong thing, but what teachers can’t do, but this thing can also do. Please do this and everything apart from the video call everything was very nice and in sixth grade, I know in fifth grade I in fifth grade, my percentage was 95%. Yes, I am topper, but in sixth grade when I’ll teach when I prepare from PW, my percentage for 98% so there’s a big achievement, thank you so much and please make sure that PWS, our brother and sister

I have been watching the recorded class from my paid batch on laptop but videos are stuck in between please solve this issue .
Updation issue on iPads
Hello PhysicsWallah team, I have enrolled in the among term two batch and have sued, I would by the name of 1.0 batch 2027. I have encountered one issue which I have seen to notice only on iPads. The app updates are very late on my device, only if I tried to update my app to the newest version, the particular button(the update button) does not appear. Please do fix this issue because I am facing very difficulties and I am not able to utilise all the features provided.
I have also read other reviews there mainly positive, but I saw one or two similar reviews. studying with the help of an iPad is difficult cause the app does not update to the newest version
Overall, my studies are fine. The teachers are very very helpful. I rated this app three only because of this bug please fix it cause it is affecting my studies

The interface on my iPhone And any laptop, is very interactive and awesome, whereas on my iPad, the interface is very bad, with a lot of bugs and glitches which make it nearly impossible to ask doubts. Please improve the interface and make it similar to iPhones and laptops.

Login in Ipad Problem
I logged in the first time in my phone and later logged in my Ipad with the same number , but the app keeps getting logged out in the Ipad asking me log in with my phone number and enter OTP often
