Deceiving practices

It contains a lot fewer videos with the initial purchase than it appears in the first description.

Application crashing

This the bestest thing that happening most of the time app is crashing as i am teaching in my class.
Working normal but suddenly crashed everytime.

How can I get my money back

I'm happy with the way I use money so mad at myself wish used it good thing but I made myself sad and more i hope you understand I love the app
