Best Gym Ever
Chillest staff (best friends forever), great equipment, great locker rooms, almost never too crowded, this is the beat gym ever bar none.
Waste of money

As of right now the app will not let me sign in, and is only allowing me to sign into an old account from several years ago that is a very long time deactivated.

Excessive charges
Very expensive payments for selling you something for fashion and not for very bad necessity many unnecessary terms and conditions to get money only for marketing
Love the gym, but not the app
Whenever I try to sign in, it tells me it’s incorrect but it works on the website. I’ve tried resetting it but never get an email

every time i ask to resend the code i get no email any help with that
Sanitation Standards
Great gym, great feel, equipment and staffing.
Cleaning standards unacceptable. Floors are filthy with sweat stains. Mirrors are smudged and smeared. Carpets have debris throughout and often find paper towel wads or pieces on floor around equipment.
I’ve had debris from free weights fall on my face just from setting them on floor.
At 4-5am you would think it would be clean and ready to open.
Please add the check-in back to app - the most useful feature it had.

Your staff and are very personable and they show they care . They like what they do instead of some money and they make you feel comfortable no matter what stage your at . I love the classes

Money hungry gym
This is probably the best gym in the Albany area purely for the equipment. With the being said, physiq is very money hungry. Charged for membership during pandemic while being closed. The evening now only includes one employee. Boasting a 32,000 sq ft facility, how do you expect that one person to clean and maintain this space? Service is lacking due to limited staffing. Staffing always is kind and professional, which leads this issue to be purely managerial. Releasing a new app to clear negative reviews will result in the same reviews, unless you take the time to correct the current issues.

Just what I was looking for
This club and its staff are exactly what I want in a gym. Friendly, polite, but not overwhelming. Clean facilities are a huge plus. Highly rocommend.
