What's New in PHYZIK

1.4.9

September 17, 2026

Programs got a real rebuild. - Your split now shows as cards you swipe through, one per training day, with the exercises rotating inside each card. - Splits that carry two sessions per day show Workout A and Workout B on the same card, so a 6-day push/pull/legs is 3 cards, not 6. - Up Next lists every exercise with sets and reps instead of making you open the workout. - Rename any workout in your split by tapping its name. Schedule and history: - Tap any day to open a full detail page with the workout, the movements you hit, and your nutrition for that day. - The calendar now shows last week, this week, and next week instead of a full month. - Nutrition runs the full width of your day cards. - Filter between all days and workout days. Fixes from real training sessions: - Leaving a workout open no longer discards it. You get reminders, then a resume or discard choice when you come back. - Rest timer remembers the duration you set, across workouts. - Rest timer no longer freezes at 0:00 when you background the app. - Reordering exercises works on the first exercise in the list. - Gym directory finds gyms near you correctly again. - History notes are visible again.

Really easy to use

I’ve tried many other fitness apps but it’s always so hard to keep up with all the random fitness jargon and extra stuff. This is just simple and straight forward to use, and I love that I can share my workouts with friends and I can check in on them. It’s like Strava for lifting. Awesome app

Finally a lifting app that gets it

All other training apps I’ve used are glorified spreadsheets that don’t get what lifters actually care about… but this one nails it. Really easy to use interface, it preloads my weight from last session so I don’t have to look back and type it in each workout, and being able to see my friends entire workouts on the feed is pretty cool. Been using it every day.

Game Changing Fitness App

I used to pay for Macrofactor Workouts to track my lifts, but Phyzik does everything that app can do and more. I’ve gotten my friends on the app so we can track each others lifts and sync our schedules. Game changing stuff
