Not allowing sign in
Right now I’m trying to login using my phone number. It’s not giving me the option to do all 10 digits of my phone number. It’s just force me to do nine.

angkor market group in siem reap asks $5 minimum to use pi pay
i went to angkor market group (angkor market) in siem reap and the lady refused to let me use pi pay to make a purchase telling me it must be $5 minimum in order to ise pi pay. when i asked to speak to the manager another cashier allowed me to use pi pay.
Cannot register
After type 6-digit password, shows invalid last name.... Try several times, and send email but nobody reply me. Bad service.

This app is the worst app ever. Some of the promotions are fake because when you arrive at the shop it is no longer available. I went to ChaTraMue and Uncle tea both said they don’t work with Pipay anymore but it still in the app and the freaking sticker still in their store. From that day on, I’ve been avoiding places that said discount in Pi pay because I don’t wanna be cheated by those greedy businesses.

Bugs on iPhone SE
User experience goes well without major issues on my iPhone X, nothing much to complain about except for some struggles to open up the Wallet section.
On my iPhone SE which operates on iOS 10.3.3, however, Pi Pay app does not allow me to sign in my account at all no matter how many times I tried to force the app to quit or restart my device.
I believe it deserves a 3-Star rating as there are a lot of things to be improved.

Live up to your promise
Why the discount keeps going down for Lotoria and others? First you said 50% discount will be valid until 31 December but now just October that discount rate dropped to 30%. Maybe next month it will go down to 20%?
