App crashes
This app crashes every time I try to use it. Please fix it and while you’re working on it add Apple Pay as a payment method. I have a iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 17.2.1.
Easy to use app
App is very easy to use. Also best pizza ever.
Unable to use
Can’t use the app because after inputting all of my info to create an account it says “google mapping services unable to locate address” and no matter how I change it (street vs st etc) it won’t find it. The house has been here 3 years and is registered with google so this is ridiculous. Fix your app.

Uselesd
App is useless. I live six miles away from the Hendersonville, NC location but it can’t find my location.
App is horrible
Can’t use it because I can’t create an account. Can’t use it as a guest.
Useless
Unable to order delivery….in an endless loop between delivery and address. When selected find a location, the app indicated there was none near me, even though it’s probably a little over a mile away. Had to finally call in order. Deleted the worthless thing.
Pretty much useless
I’m not sure what the point of the app is. I went to place an order and got the message that they haven’t enabled payment options in the app yet, please call the store. Why bother with the app? If I have to call I might as well order. I mostly downloaded it because their website couldn’t locate a store near me—I live less than a mile from the restaurant. I was hoping that the app might be able to find me, but I never got that far and from what I’ve seen of the other reviews, it wasn’t likely anyway.

Couldn’t create an account
Kept on saying my address could not be found by Google mapping (I even entered their address and got the same message).

Best Pizza
We’re always down to try new pizza places and this has been the one we keep coming back to. The flavor combos are great and we especially enjoy the square (any of them) because it’s crusty with cheese and it has that soft crunch we love so much. We order on the app and we can pick up at any time. It’s always ready even when we order hours in advance. When you look at the menu don’t be thrown aback by the different flavors, because believe me, they’re all delicious!

Love the pizza not the app
I could not get it to except my home address. That makes it unusable.
Erroneous Error msg
Could not create profile due to “Google Maps could not establish location”. Which is not true. All mapping aps can find our house, been here since 1995.
Doesn’t work
Can’t create account, can’t do guest order...
Cant find my college? Really?
How can the google mapping services for this not find my college? I can find my college pretty easily in normal google maps. Plus where it says room number- there are multiple dorms not just one, so just one slot for room umber without specifying which dorm is a little useless.
Terrible “upgrade”
This was a very good app, but now it’s broken. When I click on making a delivery vs. carry out and then the address, it sends me back to the previous screen in an endless loop.
App Requirements
I downloaded the app but then uninstalled it after I was unable to create an account with limited information. There’s no reason I can’t create an account using my phone number and email. I understand if I order delivery you’ll need my address but until then it’s not necessary.
