This app is the biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with and if your property manager uses it, I strongly suggest that you request that they opt you out. They charge you a half monthly fee and promise that they’ll report your rental payments to the credit agencies but they don’t do that so I don’t fully understand why they charge you so much every month for nothing. Also the amount of spamemails and text messages and phone calls I get from this company is out of control.

Stop charging me!!!!

I randomly got logged out of my account and can’t get back in. I emailed Piñata but they just sent me a generic response. I replied and asked them to please cancel my subscription. No response. Now I have to go through my bank which is such a headache. They’ve charged me $25 total and I told them to cancel MONTHS AGO!!!
