Didn’t mean to purchase
I want a refund. I was looking at the various purchase options. I was just scrolling up and bingo, I was immediately charged for something that I apparently tapped. With Face ID I wasn’t asked to confirm the purchase. It was completed automatically. I want a refund!

This game was rather fun at first but when I went to play today, there wasn’t a picture in the square. It was all black. Please fix this.

Latest update doesn’t work
With the most recent update, there are no pictures at all. Everything is blank. Also please check on why the app will freeze after opening it again from standby. Daily rewards are gone also.
Developer immediately replied and resolved my issue efficiently and successfully.
I am very happy to report that I was asked to communicate directly with the developer. They showed genuine concern for my issue. I provided screenshots to verify the legitimacy of my issue and in less than a day they remedied the situation and also provided additional guidance in navigating the game to help resolve any further frustration. I am very grateful, pleased, and impressed.

I purchased the Expert pack and still continue to see ads after I play a round. Tried to reach out directly to the developer and could not locate any means to do so. Even clicking on Support in the AppStore takes you to a website for the game that has no functionality. Now I have to risk hurting my phone to make sure I didn’t put data mining software on it. !?#!?#

What a fun game
Fun word puzzle game and it can teach idioms too.

Simplistic
Game could be good but so far it’s a tad simplistic. It’s most definitely not been optimised for playing on a tablet meaning one is restricted to playing it on the smaller screen of an iPhone.

Bad wonky app
Does not respond to screen touch properly. Locks up. Just a pain to try to use all round. Tried reinstall couple times even on diff devices and same on all. Some cute looking graphics maybe but pretty much useless app.
Bricks an iPad 9 gen upon playing, upon purchasing
Had to force restart twice. Even made the home button unresponsive & turned off voice control. What a joke! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS

ZERO APP SUPPORT; not even a challenge; no ads has ads anyway
The first frustrating thing about this app is that when I clicked on App Support in App Store it took me to a page advertising their app. There was no contact form to actually contact them. It was just an advertising page for their app.
So that’s only part of the reason why I’m giving them a bad review, because also the app is too simple. I have the “expert” package. The first few levels were beyond easy because it actually had part of the letters in the correct order. There were no random letters there, so then I knew that all the letters given fit into the puzzle.
Admittedly, later on in the levels they did give random letters. However, the random letters were easily distinguishable from the letters in the puzzle because the random letters that were not used were white. The letters that actually fit in the puzzle are green. So it’s a simple matter of unscrambling the letters.
Also, the expert pack SUPPOSEDLY includes NO ADS. However, after winning a level and spinning, I saw ads. So how can it be “no ads” if there are actually ads?

This game is simple to grasp and suitable for young audiences. The visual is colorful and appealing. The content promotes vocabulary building. I have noticed it ramps up in challenge and complexity as you progress through the levels. It also encourages creative thinking and exploration. The word choices are fun and gets you thinking outside the box. The only limitation is there’s an ad after each word play.
