Extremely slow, can’t click to see gallery views or downloads, very glitch-y. After many years of using this service, I will be leaving Pic-time and transitioning to a new platform. Do not recommend.
The best online gallery there is!
I have used them all and Pictume is without a doubt the absolute best online gallery for photographers and videographers.
Frustrating
I had success downloading 7 photos to my device and then the downloads started failing! I can’t even download one photo now. Very frustrating!

Prioritize functionality and not the cutesy stuff. Not a huge fan of 2.0.
Beautiful… but slow
The app design is really well done. It’s very aesthetically pleasing. However there are times where it is incredibly slow. Like, to the point where I have just given up trying to get it to work at times, and just come back later.

Absolutely love this app specially after the update. Just needs to be more affordable.
Why is upload limited to photos app?
It seems very odd to me that the only way to upload photos on the iPad using the app is through the Photos app and that you can’t use the Files app to get the photos into your Pic-Time Gallery. Also, getting Help through the app is slow and ridiculous. If you’re question doesn’t fit the 2 to 3 options the AI bought wants to give you.

I have been waiting for an app for forever! I am loving it to far ! Pic- time is my favorite gallery delivery service so adding an app is literally the best !

My clients receive their pictures in time
Constantly getting logged out
UX could use some improvement, especially since they already allow the Full Photographer Interface on mobile. I’m constantly getting logged out, which can be frustrating when hoping to show clients and friends your work in person.
Sometimes everything’s great and sometimes not
I keep getting disconnected for no reasons, sometimes it’s when I already used the app during the day so it doesn’t make sense. ATM I just can’t log in at all because “my session expired” 🤨
New update is bugged
New update is bugged and now won’t me view my galleries and is stuck in ‘galleries I’ve been invited to’ 🙄
