Poor Information
The cashiers do not always enter points accurately and once you pay there is no way that I have found to receive missing points.
Bad app
This is actually the worst App I have ever tried to use. The app never works and once you put your phone number and your email in it you are trapped! You can delete the app but you can’t delete the account. You will forever be inundated with Piccadilly texts and emails. Apple App Store should remove this app.

Never works
I don’t know if it is the inability of the staff at the store, or the technology, but the points never appear in the app after the transaction.
Great app
This was easy amd intuitive to use, and i got my BOGO! Happy here
Needed this!
Finally Piccadilly has a good app, glad they are trying to innovate!
Lousy app.
This is the worst food service app I have ever used. The newest updated version is even worse than its predecessor. Unable to edit sign in information. Incomplete menu choices. Giving them your phone number for an app you’re likely to delete very soon will get you a spam message nearly every day. I was a frequent customer when using the older online app, now it’s never.

WORST APP EVER
I downloaded this app months and months ago and it’s never worked. I’ll see you advertising it on your website so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Guess what? Now it won’t allow me to sign in for anything and there’s no way you can collect points with this app because it does not work!!!!
Useless app
Does anyone in management even care that this app doesn’t work?? I speak my code to the cashier each time but have yet to figure out how to redeem any of the points or promo offers. Really bad loyalty program. The loyalty program before this one that used your phone number was old fashioned but at least it worked the majority of the time.

SMS OTP
When I enter my mobile number to verify my account the SMS OTP never comes up. Unable to use the app. So frustrating.
Would be great if...
the full menu was available. The only entrees shown are fish and chicken.
Cannot Update
Not only will it not update , now it won’t even open.

Where are all the “eat in” coupons and discount promotions?
My wife and I used to eat at Piccadilly 5-6 times a month when you had the points promotions and occasional coupons. Now with online orders only through the App, we have maybe eaten there 3 times in 5 months!
The Reward Program is Non-Existent
I suppose unless you order from the app, it’s impossible to get credit for purchases. The app menu is limited, therefore I prefer entering restaurant. But then you can’t accurately enter receipt info to earn rewards. Disappointed!
No chicken fried steak
Why would you leave one of the most popular dishes off the online menu? Doesn’t make sense!!!!
Piccadilly App: Total Failure
Once you get into the app, identify your store and your location everything STOPS. No menu, no ordering page…NOTHING
Inadequate app
I have attempted (multiple times) to change my password…. to no avail. This should NOT be so difficult, especially when your instructions are being followed to the letter! Not sure who is running this department, but serious consideration should be taken to rectify this problem, especially if your intention is to keep your customer base!

App Signup Not Working
App uses phone number to signup rather than email. Message for months has been saying verification code sent. No code received!
Garbage!
Just downloaded this app, frozen on the first page! 😖
Woefully inadequate
This app is full of problems. The online ordering part only has a small handful of items to order and I know that Piccadilly offers way more items than that. What a terrible misrepresentation of the smorgasbord of options that Piccadilly serves. This app in its current state does nothing whatsoever to promote business, in fact, it frustrates the consumer with the technical problems it has in addition to the very incomplete menu. I’d be more than happy to come into the office in Baton Rouge and show senior management what the problems are and what needs to be fixed. Further, as a former employee of the original Piccadilly company, I know very well the spirit of the once very successful business as designed by Tandy H. Hamilton, and, clearly, the current upper management team does not understand or embrace any of it which is required for the further success of Piccadilly. Please contact me.
