Now on 96.0.0 Kroger do better already!!! Still can’t access App using iPad 5 iOS 16.7.16. Cannot move forward not being able to sign in. All the app does after you try to sign in, is keeps circling authenticating. This has been going on for months and I’m not the only one voicing these issues. Pretty frustrating and very disappointed after talking with customer service staff. After two phone calls to their so-called tech people still no response. Did the latest update and still cannot access app and cannot access website. Continue to get message in App saying it’s a fake site and even trying to access it without trying to sign in, it keeps saying it’s unable to load to retry. On the website every time you go to sign in nothing happens, no matter what you do. I’ve used Safari, Chrome and directly into Google and nothing. If this does not work using an iPad IOS 16 then say so, let some of us have a little bit of relief from the frustration. And so it doesn’t go….today the app finally died. Can’t sign in and nothing comes up even on guest mode. Good grief! Using same device. IPad 5. And one more update 4/17/26. The app has become totally useless on iPad 5. NO syncing to other devices, no list, no USE!!! I hoped you would do better. Guess it’s time to shop another store. After countless updates still no improvement or response from IT teams. I’m not the only one experiencing these sort of issues. Each update seems to make it worse and more glitchy when you can get it to work on an iPhone.

Constant Updates
This app needs to be updated every other week or it absolutely refuses to let you use it. Completely ridiculous for a grocery app.
Designed not to work
This app never works correctly. It’s always difficult to scan QR codes and clip coupons. It is by design and they know it. Evil app by an evil company.

Does not work at all
App or website does not work. FIX YOUR DAMN WEBSITE AND APP. ITS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS. CANT ACCESS ON IOS 16.6 iPhone and CAN NOT ACCESS ON IPAD IOS 28. THE WEBSITE WILL NOT LOG YOU IN. JUST REDIRECTS YOU TO THE HOME PAGE OVER AND OVER WHEN CLICKING SIGN IN
Did an update & now I can’t find a match result for WATER???
No matter what I type to look for, it can never find a result for ANYTHING!! I almost gaslit myself thinking I misspelled words but even using the suggestions like water were not coming up! I went to categories & it again would not show me beverage options, just a search bar to type into an empty void that would not yield results. I’m genuinely mind boggled how this “update” was approved? I bet using Google to look in the store would give me a better outcome than waiting for the app to get fixed. What a waste of my time & storage space.

Recent app change - PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!
Overall, this app makes it very easy to clip digital coupons, make shopping lists and create online orders. A few weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars, however they recently changed the app. I do not do online orders but will create my shopping list on the app. They used to order your list by location in the store and indicate what isle your item was in right in the list. With the update, allegedly you can change how your list is organized but no matter what you do it’s still all jumbled. And they no longer indicate what isle your item is in unless you click on each individual item. Very disappointed with this change. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!

9/10 times the app doesn’t load. The website is the same way. Very unresponsive, unable to grocery shop via mobile. Trash app. Remove it completely since it’s been this way for 2 or more months now. Along with the awful website.
Last APP Update NEEDS FIXING
Not happy at all with this last app update! With all my groceries that I had saved to my list, IT DELETED IT ALL, BUT that’s not ALL, it will NOT LET ME SAVE NO MORE TO MY LIST. I have to turn on and off my cellphone and that doesn’t help. NOW, the only way I can save my grocery list, is by adding it to my cart like I was going to pick it up in my car, but seriously I don’t like that way at all. PLUS, it won’t let me SAVE a flavor for instance a kind of ice cream. THIS APP NEEDS FIXING NOW!!!!

Non-functional
With latest update, does not work at all. Deleted my lists, and I can not add any items to a shopping list.

How can a company this big continue to produce an app that won’t work. It’s almost every month it’s down for days at a time and I just order from somewhere else…
What happened
Updated and now it doesn’t work. It keeps saying something went wrong. Uninstalled and reinstalled it- nothing. Looks like I’m shopping somewhere else.

When it works, it's only fine
9 times out of 10, the app doesn't load any content no matter your connection, your phone settings, or even if you deleted and reinstalled it to refresh the cache. When the app does work, occasionally there's no back button on certain search screens leaving you trapped unless you completely close the app and pray it will load up again.

Where is the scanner for digital coupons
There are times when I open this app, pop the little scanner button, scan a digital coupon code, the coupon pops up, I select it, and good to go. Other times , like tonite, I open the app, no coupon button anywhere, can’t make it work no matter what I do. I search digital coupons for the item and literally no result appears. Last resort is I just scan the digital coupon code with my phone camera and the web prompts me to login to pick n save. This is while I’m sitting there looking at my own account on the logged in app. Fix your stuff.

Yet another update 2/21/26 and still list feature is not working on iPad. Also now the cart doesn’t go across devices. Stuff is on my iPhone but not on iPad. You guys are killing me. One of the most important things in a app is being able to make a list of what you need from the store…. Just did the latest update 2/15/26 and list STILL does not come up on iPad iOS 16.7.13. It just has the spinning wheel. Lots of lag time now too overall. I use the app all the time so please fix. Was much more user friendly a few updates ago. Had really hoped the list feature would work now but…nope. So many updates but I se NO improvement in the app. Getting to be “not” user friendly.
