Even though they say cancelling is easy, it is actually not. They tell you to go to the subscriptions part of your App store and unsubscribe, except it is not listed there. I went to settings and chose “cancel account” and it popped up saying if you cancel the account there is no way to recover it and you will never be able to access it again even if using Facebook to save your account and signing in will create an entire new account. The options were Cancel or Ok and I hit Ok because I thought hitting cancel would finalize the cancelling of the account. I was wrong and OK finalized the cancellation before I was able to figure out how to turn off the renewals. I immediately used the in app support to try and verify that my card would no longer be charged. Three days later I finally received a response and they sent a generic how to cancel response and charged my card for the next week’s payment. Sent a new message and was told (after another 3 day wait) that there was nothing they could do with accessing the old account and basically “hope you cancelled the payment first”. I had also sent an email through the Apple App support email, and I am still waiting for a response. I have disputed the second charge with my card company but have no way to verify if I will be charged every month. It does not show up as a recurring payment in App Store or on my cards payments either. Their support is ridiculously useless and is getting rich off of accounts people cant access to cancel. Do not sign up unless you plan on never being able to cancel. Really wish I had seen the other reviews warning about this. I have downloaded multiple other vertical apps and have had no issues what so ever. So frustrating.
