The only purpose of this app is to send a notification the day before pickup. It doesn’t even do that. 0 stars if I could.

Does exactly what it says
It lets me know which days to put out the trash or recycling at my address. Since I moved here near the holidays, that information was vital and not a given. Love the push notifications to remind me the day before!

This new app is very helpful. I get consistent notifications for trash and recycling. It’s nice to get the notifications before 7:00 the evening before.

I still get missed once in a while, but I understand holidays, and inclement weather can disrupt the order.

Life changing
Let me say, I would give this 6.5 out of 5 stars if I could! The woman made it my responsibility to make sure the trash is taken out and to be honest I would frequently forget. This app helps ensure the garbage finds it way to the dump!

Once we got the service to recognize what our letter said about where to put our bins we haven’t had a missed pickup. I which it hadn’t taken so long. I’m giving them 5 stars because they are so reliable now and it is greatly appreciated.
