Free picmonic per day
Please revive the option of watching one big Monic per day for free users. I have been a loyal and regular subscriber of Monic for four years straight but now that I have passed my college degree and into clinical practice. I just don’t find it feasible to play with ledge amount once again but reviewing Monic once every other day helps in memory retention I hope you understand

Picmonic Review
Studying for medical exams can be tricky. Not everything is covered. Can I get this right? This might be wrong. What can I do to prepare? Picnomic is the right place for us to learn new mnemonics. It creates a new learning environment, feeding on new information and sources.
$200 lost
I’m incredibly disappointed with Picmonic’s customer service. I was recently charged for a subscription renewal that I had no use for, and the company refused to offer any refund, hiding behind a rigid policy that seems more about increasing profits than supporting customers. Even small companies are more flexible with refunds. As a medical student managing limited finances, I expected more understanding, especially from a company that markets itself to students. Based on this experience, I won’t be recommending Picmonic to any of my classmates or colleagues.

Frustrating BUGS, EXPENSIVE, and lack of information
They say they have more videos than competitors but their videos are way shorter than the competitors and they are missing a ton of important stuff. A lot of the information is very basic and won’t give you the depth of knowledge needed for lecture or boards. It is also frustratingly filled with bugs and after a while of using it keeps giving me issues.
Edit: Significant bugs continue even after the latest update and I can’t even access the content more than half of the time when I am connected to high speed internet. This is frustrating considering the hundreds of dollars I pay for the subscription

Surprisingly satisfied!
When my med school offered us a discount on this, I thought it was just a knock-off of Sketchy. I am happy to say I was wrong! I am about to start my dedicated board prep and I got so tired of Anki, board-style Qs and PPT lectures. This does not replace those but it offers such a great brain break. It’s helping me review a lot quickly and for it to stick, too. I am using Picmonic and Qs only atm and I feel it was a worthy investment (as someone who is not a dedicated slave to Anki). (Tho there are Anki cards to go with the Pic sketches if you wish!)

Not updating my Picmonic progress
At the end of each Picmonic my app (iOS latest version) is still showing “0 facts learned” even after completing the educational/story videos and quizzes.

Hi EB, our tech team is currently working on this and should have a fix deployed next week. Please know that the facts are being counted as "learned", there is just a small bug that is showing "0 Facts Learned" on the quiz results screen. The tech team will have a fix in the next app update, so be on the lookout for that! Thank you!!

The Easier Way to Learn
It is amazing that I am learning and retaining more. The humorous Picmonics are visualized in my mind, allowing me review numerous details in a non-threatening manner. Who knew.

A better way to learning!
It’s amazing, the way you study things you don’t even feel it because it’s very fun and interactive. You don’t get bored or tired of reading and doing same stuff. This is a more interactive way and fun to learn and remember things in a more easier and fun way.
