Need an app for Mac

Several issues I encounter
1. Duplicated photos (1-2 duplicates)
2. Separate folders created for the same phone and thus: more duplicates
3. Mac finder hangs when trying to read files within a full backup folder (with 20k+ photos). It’s not hard to imagine with new phones of bigger storage this would be an issue soon.

Terrible

I own 2 Piconizers and 2 iPhones and neither of them work with this app. You would be best to look for an alternative backup device that is dependable.
