My product was delivered on time with good Quality. However, there were some issues on one page. When I communicated the same, the manager immediately ensured me that my product will be reprinted and be delivered again with no extra cost without any further questions. This explains the customer centric nature of organisation.

App crashes many times
While editing photo album app gets crash randomly. I’m using this app from quite sometime now and since years there is no updates, same themes, same editing options, even simple preview option is not available.
Worst app
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a photo book, and despite multiple follow-ups, it was never delivered. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the commitments they provide are completely false. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, leaving customers frustrated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this business if you value your time and money.

Good but have cropping issues
Picsy is great app…. I have printed couple of books…. But I have had issues in uploading the pics…. The image which I upload gets automatically cropped to fit in the layout, so lots of pics have to be cropped & adjusted from third app and then upload in Picsy.

The picsy app is so user friendly.. all you need to do is collect pictures of your loved ones and choose from the various options mentioned in the application!! There is an option for everyone, family, adventure, love , friends.. it has lovely album design’s, frames and also quotes..its so simple to create your own album. I have used the picsy app twice and totally surprised my loved ones.. its a must try to celebrate someone.. The services provided during courier also are great. My courier was delayed but I was updated frequently regarding my parcel. Also the team went out of the way to make sure it reached me on time.. THANK YOU

Very great app to create album
Glad that I came across this app. very easy to arrange pics in the desired layout and place order in the most easiest way. A very user friendly interface to customise pics to form an album and thoroughly loved the output.
Quality issues
This is my second album from you but the quality is very bad. I have sent really sharp and full definition photos but in the album the quality is very very poor. Really disappointing. Waiting for a valid reply from your side. Previously in the first album the quality was good and now it’s not good.

I customised an album for my parents. And like it took me 2 days to customised like 48 photos and they give us so many options, so many templates inside app. It’s the best app till now I found. Friends just trust me and without any doubt just go for it…. Even they are cooperative, giving you reply anytime and even too quickly. Resolve all your problems if any. I am very much overwhelmed by this app their team and plus the quality they provide no doubt they have no COD but trust me it’s the best. Even I got me parcel 3 days earlier. Thank team Picsy 😌

Terrible Print Quality and Awful Customer Service: My Horrible Picsy App Encounter
After enduring 8 days of hollow promises regarding a manager's call for resolving the glaring issues with my order, I feel compelled to share my utterly disheartening experience with the Picsy printing app.
I had a truly horrendous experience with this app. I placed an order for an acrylic print to fulfil a client's request, and the outcome was beyond disappointing. The print quality was an absolute disaster, with glaring issues in the details that were impossible to ignore.
My frustration grew when I decided to reach out to their customer care for a resolution. To my disbelief, the so-called "executive" acknowledged that I was right about the photo quality being good, but inexplicably insisted that the print should have turned out just as well. They even requested me to share some photos of the print to assess the situation further. After some persistence, they promised to consult their quality control team and assured me that if a genuine problem existed, a reprint would be arranged.
However, it became painfully clear that their quality check team is either delusional or simply doesn't care about their customers. They had the nerve to assert that the quality was top-notch and essentially brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude. To escalate the matter, I requested to speak to a manager, and yet again, I was promised a callback that never materialized.
Despite multiple reminders and assurances, I was left hanging without any communication or resolution. It's as if they thrive on playing mind games with their frustrated customers.
This entire ordeal has revealed a shocking lack of grievance redressal within the Picsy app. If you find yourself grappling with any printing-related problems, don't even bother hoping for a solution from these folks. They seem to have mastered the art of offering false assurances and delivering absolutely nothing.
To all my fellow professionals out there, take my advice and steer clear of this app. The last thing you need is to entrust your valuable projects to a company that has zero regard for quality, customer satisfaction, or even basic communication. Picsy is an utter letdown, and I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on my worst enemy.

Great app for sharing memories
Loved the app. It’s really useful with some cool features. I have used it for a family photo book and the print quality is excellent. They have amazing frames and a ton of options.

Great Customer Support service
I ordered a photo book but the first picture appeared distorted once I confirmed the order. So I contacted their customer support service and they were nothing but awesome. They resolved my problem within a day and they were continually connected with me throughout the process.
