My product was delivered on time with good Quality. However, there were some issues on one page. When I communicated the same, the manager immediately ensured me that my product will be reprinted and be delivered again with no extra cost without any further questions. This explains the customer centric nature of organisation.

App is bugged but service is extremely professional
I have faced multiple issues with the app but the service of Mr Chirag has been extremely professional and helpful. He took the onus of printing and ensured the delivery was done before the committed date. Thank you
App crashes many times
While editing photo album app gets crash randomly. I’m using this app from quite sometime now and since years there is no updates, same themes, same editing options, even simple preview option is not available.
Worst app
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a photo book, and despite multiple follow-ups, it was never delivered. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the commitments they provide are completely false. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, leaving customers frustrated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this business if you value your time and money.
