I accidentally got the subscription because I forgot to unsubscribe, but it turned out to be a happy accident. This app is so informative and helpful.I literally just took a photo of a bug outside at night, halfway up the wall and it identified it correctly.

Best app for insect ID
This app makes identifying all the insects and creepy crawly things found in and around your home incredibly fast and easy. Take a photo, enter it into the app, and it returns 3-4 options, with the most likely given first. I have often double checked the results and across 50-75 bug identifications, it was incorrect only one time. Better than anything else for figuring out what insects are living alongside us all.

Accurate and timely intelligence that is actionable
This app has been a Godsend to me and my pets! I get to identify toxic and dangerous bugs before they cause harm, and when they strike without warning, I can easily become informed before getting to an urgent care.

I have found ‘Picture Insect’ extremely helpful in giving information on my photos of insects. The app for me is very accurate on naming the species. I use it every time I see an insect I know nothing about. I’d recommend it. 😃

It’s like catching Pokémon, you can take pictures of any bug and you can get fun facts about it and add it to your collection
Learn to love bugs.
A lot of people dislike insects, arachnids and bugs in general. But when you have to get up close to get a picture it not only tests your photography skills but lets you see these alien up close. Granted not all insects are friendly or nice, but this app teaches you to keep a distance from them too.
Dr. Buzzy (The AI) really does help especially if you want tips on either bug keeping or bug extermination.
I don’t subscribe to the app though there is an option too. There are no adds or anything but it would be nice to be able to identify bug bites too.
My one pet-peeve: when you first enter the app usually a poster comes up telling you how good the premium is. That’s fine and all but bugs don’t stay in one place forever so I have to wait a few seconds for the x to come up. I recommend taking pictures with your phones camera first and then scanning them in though the app’s camera is brilliant. If the creepy crawly has wings especially, getting through the premium poster might be all the time it takes for it to fly away.
This app is brilliant. Premium sounds good but isn’t necessary. No adds.
This app has a few others that are similar, a bird one and a fish one. I’m not interested in fish but the bird one works great.
Would recommend amongst others I’ve tried.

Amazing!
This app is great! It shows you what bugs a harmful to not only humans but plants too! It also shows you pictures of insects, animals, and plants that have been taken by other people. Picture Insect can identify plants,animals, and insects which is a quality that a lot of other apps lack, such as Seek by Inaturalist, and many more. Thoroughly impressed by Picture Insect’s performance. Would 100% recommend!

Je ne peux pas voir la description des insectes et autres. J’appuie sur un Insecte il disent nocif pour les humains et les animaux mais le reste est flou temps que je ne suis pas abonné à l’application qui demande de l’argent sinon tout est correct donc quatre étoiles et non 5 🫡
Absolutely amazing
I’m a big big lover and this app has been fantastic I love that you’ve took away the limit in the collection and it functions wonderfully I just wish I could organize my collection in trying to get a picture of each big from my state but I’m so far in I’m getting duplicates cus I have to scroll to see if I have it I feel something like a folder system would do wonders
