Love this app. Good price. And invaluable on hikes when you’re surrounded by plant life that you’re unfamiliar with.
Too many mistakes
This app does not know the difference between different grasses on your lawn. They apologize, but nothing changes.

I absolutely love this app and tell everyone I know about it. From tiny little seedlings I’ve been able to identify most plants and find out fascinating things! Highly recommend, it’s so fun to be able to identify weeds as potential plants, allowing a meadow of poppies in one of the borders, and now some fox gloves have spread throughout!

Genuinely wonderful
Gone are those ‘I wonder what THAT is?’ questions! I have travelled all over the world and this app has brought delight in each zone. I know very little about plants, and the information rarely sticks but I have to say the disproportionate joy I get from being able to put my phone to such great use has been shared with everyone who has witnessed it. It’s possible it gets some things wrong, it’s possible it errs on the side of ‘toxic’. I don’t mind. In this app I now have a catalogue of nature I have found curious enough to stop and pay attention to, and learn more about, I’ve learned (and forgotten, and learned again) I’ve got information on how to care for each and every one of my garden plants and I feel so much more connected with them, having taken the time to discover more. Brilliant. This is where humans meeting AI improves the world 🥰

Wasn’t able to identify logs
Downloaded this app coz I was told it could identify logs from its bark. That was a lie, it gives me different answers everytime. They’re logs that I want to debark and put in my new aquarium. Then I was a day late to cancel the yearly subscription. This app and apple is refusing to help with the charge. Now I’m stuck paying 39.99 for a year on something I won’t use. Atleast give me 50% back or SOMETHING. Absolutely 0 empathy and they do not care about thier customers.

Total nonsense
This is the second app I’ve used to identify three different type of apples in my yard and the app said all three are the same variety but a different variety than the previous app. So disappointing!
Scam !
As soon as I download this app , it said I had a 7 day free trial. I was immediately charged $9.99. I reached out to the company & they said I had to reach out to Apple to get a refund ! Do not trust this app ! They don’t stand by what they advertise!
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Not worth the money.. I’ve paid for a subscription and it will not diagnose without upgrading. NOT worth the money.. I can use AI and get better results.
Fraudulent application
Promised advance notice before the free trial ended. Received none. Charged anyway. Misleading and unfair. Cancelled and requesting a refund. Do not trust the trial terms.
Does and doesn’t work
I took two photos a week apart of the same plant and got two different answers. Neither one matched the description on the seed packet. But it seemed to work okay with other plants? Sometimes?
