Good when it works
The app is easy to navigate and when it is working it is a simple way to access great content. However, from day-to-day or moment to moment the account feature which shows your checkouts and holds will sometimes be empty sometimes show accurate up-to-date information and then empty as if I have no checkouts or holds even though I do, and if I continue to check throughout the day or refresh the screen over and over sometimes they'll show back up and then disappear again so I'm unable to keep track of my checkouts and holds with any confidence on the app.

Awesome Improvements!
The new update for PCLS is MUCH easier to navigate and displays information better. Thank you for this, PCLS! I recommend the app over using the website on a browser.

I love having this app on my phone-it makes searching the catalogue and placing holds incredibly easy, as well as checking my account and renewing books/items. I use this app all the time for myself and my kiddo - we homeschool, so the resources at the library are vital! We love our library.
My only issue is I can’t easily look up the hours of my local (and other) branches. There is one link that sends me out to Google Maps, and another section under “Help” that doesn’t have a link attached. I wish there was a simple “Locations and Hours” button on the Home screen with that info, and/or a “home branch” in account info so you can easily see hours, phone number, address info of your preferred branch.

No curbside pickup in the app!!!!!
Website and emails clearly states there is an option for curbside pickup inside this app, there is no option for it. You must go to a separate website and enter in all your library information/name/phone/email/library card and 20 more questions that they want you to answer....instead of inside the app clicking on a date/time😾. Makes no sense for people to enter in all that info. Log into the app and click the date/time is all that should be the process.
