Terrible
Appears this app is like all other apps, profit first, functionality second. If you are a parent, be prepared to just ditch the app and call the school.
No timely support
Back to school season and zero timely support for the app. Unable to access the app via invitation and it’s been crickets on all fronts.
Annoying to deal with
Super clunky and unreliable, one second it shows the bus at 6 minutes away and the next shows it at 2 minutes.
Map switched to google
For some reason, the maps have switched to using google map. There goes my privacy! BusRight needs to ditch google or fix their privacy policy to read, “We don’t collect your data but google sure does!”
It changed to google a while back. Somehow I was able to change it back to Mapbox. Today, it changed back to google and I can’t figure out how to change it back again. Apparently google is sending money to BusRight in exchange for our IP addresses, our physical location details, our WiFi information, and anything else they want???

I’m a middle schooler and the app helps me a lot
It helps me in the morning when my bus will come so I know how many minutes I have to get ready
