Annoying to deal with
Super clunky and unreliable, one second it shows the bus at 6 minutes away and the next shows it at 2 minutes.
Map switched to google
For some reason, the maps have switched to using google map. There goes my privacy! BusRight needs to ditch google or fix their privacy policy to read, “We don’t collect your data but google sure does!”
It changed to google a while back. Somehow I was able to change it back to Mapbox. Today, it changed back to google and I can’t figure out how to change it back again. Apparently google is sending money to BusRight in exchange for our IP addresses, our physical location details, our WiFi information, and anything else they want???

I’m a middle schooler and the app helps me a lot
It helps me in the morning when my bus will come so I know how many minutes I have to get ready
Pointless
The app is too slow to be useful and it notifies you with inaccurate information
Louder notification please
I love this I just wish I could hear or change my notification on when it arrives, it’s to low and sometimes I get busy for a couple minutes when I get it if I could change it that would be great. I have an iPhone and couldn’t find where to change it on phone or app. :)
App regularly won’t load
It gets stuck on the initial logo. Won’t work for me or my wife or daughter.
No notification Sound
Good app other than there’s no notification sound or vibration. It would be very helpful if we could get alerts about the bus route.
Could be better
For the morning route the app seems to give correct notifications to my phone. I am already at work though so I am not able to check it. In the afternoon the app is not correct. My daughter just got dropped off and I had the app open to see where she was and the app said she was 26 minutes away. Every afternoon the app has been like that. I don’t understand why I am not getting correct information. I have an iPhone so maybe the app doesn’t work great with it?

Why is there no notification sound?
So far the app seems to be really helpful, however I miss all of the alerts. This app really needs a notification sound for all notifications. Why is there no alert noise???

Our school district switched to BusRight for the upcoming school year and so far the majority of the district is getting an error message when trying to log in after making an account. First bus of the year comes in about 7 hours…
I do t like the new update
New update makes it pretty much useless to me. There are times when the bus is 30 minutes late due to lack of bus drivers. They updated it that now I can only see where the bus is when It is within 5 minutes from me. If I can’t see where the bus is from start to finish I can’t decide whether I need to bring my kids to school to get him there on time. Stupid update that I hope they fix.

Ok
It’s better than the app out district used to use which I think was StopFinder. It always works which is more than I can say for the former. The tracker can be a bit off some times, it’ll show the bus quite far away then all of a sudden it’s really close.
What is minor but really bus me is that when you open the app it defaults to whatever route is listed first. So mine opens to a sub bus that was used once. I wish it would default to the bus route that is the next one to run chronologically.
Also wish it worked with Apple Watch.

Help!
When the app works, it’s great. But I’ve been getting nothing but a yellow screen for a couple of weeks now. The app works for my husband, but not for me. I’ve sent emails but still still no solution.
Awful
This app rarely works and I’ve tried to contact support but the support link sends me to the website that has no support link to actually get support from.
Worst
I don’t know if it the company or app but this is very unorganized. It said one thing then do another. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!!!!! Bb
Only works if your school admin uses it correctly
Can’t seem to link up with out school routes. Worked the first year, hasn’t since
The stops are not updated and incorrect information
The information on my app is from the schools my kids were at last year. Additionally, the really crappy IRCSD Transportation office updated my routes, never told the bus drivers who left my children stranded and obviously that information still hasn’t gotten to BusRight.
Better than nothing
It’s ok. Our bus route vary. One day it will be 15-20 minutes later than the previous day. This app does give an estimate, but those estimates are off by a lot. We live in WA. While keeping track of where the bus was yesterday, it showed the bus in Salem Oregon.
Learning curve
It’s a good app, but if the bus driver doesn’t use it right it can cause a lot of frustration.
Not enough Option
I have multiple kids riding different busses at different times but the app only allows me to see the whole school district, but doesn’t have em labeled for what school they go too so I can’t figure out which bus my kids are suppose to be on.
