Confusing and unreliable

The location service didn’t find me. It was hard to figure out if the stop I was at was being serviced, so I just drove to the mass transit station after sitting for 30 minutes. Then on the way back the reader on the trolley said it was invalid. The trolley operator was clearly experienced with this issue and let us go. Just buy the paper ticket.

Needs improvement

Visiting Dollywood on Nov 2025 and decided to buy my passes through the app as opposed to the ticket in the parking lot kiosk. The purchase went through but when showing the QR code on the trolly, the pass said failed. Luckily the driver knew of the faulty app and said he would override the system. In the end, we made it to Dollywood but if I had know of the potential problems, I would have just did the paper tickets.

Terrible app

Cant see any routes, or purchase a ticket. Basically useless

Never Works

Trying to plan for a vacation and been watching this app consistently for several weeks. The fee portion never works !! Therefore you can’t buy the passes. Its stalls constantly and will never show a payment screen.

Did not help

When me and my family tried to use it, it asked for a stop number when there were no stop numbers.

App

App times are way off and not accurate. Won’t be using this transit again, slowest way to travel. I know you’re supposed to relax and enjoy the ride but this just wastes vacation time.

They sell your email to every restaurant/hotel/show in town

And you will get never ending emails. Every day for months I’ve been getting emails from different places in the Gatlinburg area, every day I unsubscribe and the next day there’s a new place emailing.

Just buy your ticket from the office.

Don’t Use this

I’m going to assume Pigeon Forge has abandoned using this app. You can’t buy a day pass through it. It just hangs if you try to buy. It’s also a mess to try and use. You have to select your spot from a huge drop down list and the buses are shown as numbers but as of November 2023 all the buses are referenced as colors or route name. No numbers anywhere.

Don’t use this. Go to the transit station to buy your day pass through the ticket machines and use Google maps to track the trolleys.

Doesn’t work

Installed the app, tried to purchase passes, but the app freezes there, unable to pay/process. I tried many days in a row. I tried removing and re-installing, no success.
