Ping offers great service overall. I have been using them for years and they are consistent and reliable.
Was good - now awful
Previously great service and app, after update they now charge additional $$ for pick up and delivery windows, ask for more $$ for dry cleaning options. They have grown a customer base and are now exploiting it.
The app should stop making reviews mandatory
Perhaps send a notification after the delivery is made to ask for a rating, instead of making it mandatory at first load of the app.
Pretty app but no show pickup
First attempt with the app had pickup between 1-2pm. At 4pm it started saying pickup was 2-3 min away. Never changed. Messaged driver directly. No reply. Sat at home all afternoon waiting. 24 hours later and still no updates. Simple solution: Cancelled. App deleted.
Poor customer service
They lost one of my Theory dress (Imagine how much it costs?) And just say sorry and did not do anything much. Also rejected to dry clean couple of my clothes while still charging for delivery fee. If you do not know how to dry clean, maybe you should not run this kind of business.
