We understand that's not ideal if you need more generations regularly, and we're always working on making the credit system better. Hi, we're really sorry for the inconvenience. In one of our earlier versions, there was a rare issue where if a user left the app while a purchase was processing, the credits sometimes wouldn't get added. Everyone who contacted us about this has already received their credits, along with a bonus.
