In one of our earlier versions, there was a rare issue where if a user left the app while a purchase was processing, the credits sometimes wouldn't get added. Everyone who contacted us about this has already received their credits, along with a bonus. The weekly subscription gives you 200 credits to use across video and image generation, plus access to premium templates — it's a credit-based system, not unlimited usage. The purchase screen clearly shows the credit details, and before every generation the app shows exactly how many credits it will cost. If you're only seeing 50 credits after subscribing, that doesn't look right and might be an account sync issue. Please go to Settings > Feedback in the app and share your order details — we'll check and fix this for you right away. Thank you for using Hailuo AI!
No way to get free credits

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Every new user actually gets 50 free credits at signup — enough for at least 5 images or 1 video. Weekly subscription gives 200 credits, not 10, so if you're seeing a lower number, something's off on your account. Hi Ajay, aapki dikkat ke liye maafi chahenge. Kabhi-kabhi purchase ke time connection issue ki wajah se credit turant add nahi hota — permanent nahi hai yeh. Settings > Feedback se humein contact karein, hum aapke credits turant restore kar denge (bonus ke saath). Agle version mein hum yeh issue permanently fix kar rahe hain, taaki dobara aisa na ho. The required credit cost for each generation is always clearly displayed upfront before you generate. Once the credits included in your subscription are used up, purchasing additional credits is required to continue generating. However, if your subscription's initial credits did not show up in your account after purchasing, please reach out via Settings > Send Feedback so we can check your account and fix this immediately! — Hailuo AI Team
