Very confused

So I’m confused on whether anything in this app is free I know you can pay for a subscription but for the workout plan idk if it’s free or not.

You have to pay a subscription.

It sort of tricks you, and makes you think most challenges are free but on your second day it says you need a subscription. Not worth it in my opinion,
