Awful customer service
I subscribed through the App Store for this app. Paid and used the app. Then with in the last monthI’ve been getting emails asking me to update my information payment information.I reply to sender which was a support email. No response. I got another couple of emails and finally decide to call the one 800 number listed. The person on that line could not help. She gave me an email address to email which I did and yet still no response. Yesterday I get an email saying my subscription had expired. Yet it’s still very much active in the Apple store and Apple support confirmed it’s also active on their end. I’m really disappointed at how their customer service is handling this.

Love Pilates Wheel but….
I’ve loved my Pilates wheel for years and use it every day. Unfortunately something got goofed up when the app updated and my subscription abruptly ended one month after paying for a year’s membership. I emailed from the app, from the website and by responding to an email they sent me, with no response. Then I called the customer service number and the lady could only tell me to email the addresses I had already tried to contact. I like to do the workouts every morning and am very upset that I’m not able to use the subscription that I paid for in full!!!
