Erase logs

Why can’t I erase the log when I am finished? I shouldn’t have to delete and reinstall the app to erase the log

Not Working Properly

Not working to my liking is there any way to return it?

Review

Works good wish you could save your pile logs and resume them to easy to delete your log

Doesn’t work like it used to

I used this years ago and it worked like a charm. I had my employee download it for a new
pile driving project recently and it didn’t work on their phone. I tried it on my new phone and it doesn’t work on mine either. It’s just not consistently registering the hammer blows, no matter what setting it programmed to. Not sure what happened between 8 years ago and now but it needs some TLC.

I have reviewed the app multiple times on the iOS system and appears to be working as it should. I would be curious if you are still having issues with the app. If you are, could you send me your iOS model and system you are running so we could ensure it is operating correctly on the latest versions?

Waste of money

Was not accurate. Registered stroke heights beyond the hammers range. Expensive useless and directions for use non existent. Sorely regret purchase.

I am sorry to hear the app is not working properly for you. If you could provide me with some information on the type of device and OS system you are using, I can surely look into this issue. There are instances where I have had to update libraries as new apple systems are released. This could be the issue. Or if you would like a refund on the app I can also provide that as well. There have been many, many downloads over the years and this is the first negative review in over 2 years. I would like to have a chance to rectify the issue. Thank you.

Charged me $66.40 right off the bat

I was shocked when the app charged my cc $66.40 right off the bat before using it despite the fact that the app indicated a cost of $26...hmmm

Response from developer

I would contact Apple about this. This doesn’t sound like something the app did.

Worthless

Wasn’t worth the money I should get a refund.

I am sorry you mistook this app as a game. This app is for bridge or any kind of foundation construction. I would be glad to give you a refund if you could reach out to us with your purchase order. Thank you

Inspector

Overall the app works like a saximeter. The pros and cons of app are:
Pros
1. Report can be sent instantaneous to anyone.
2. Convenient and accessible.
3. Time and date accurately recorded.
Cons
1. Pile length, pile tip elevation, project info, and pile start depth can't be entered.
2. Mic volume is very sensitive and not getting set will give erroneous hammer stroke. A help guide for setting the mic would be helpful.
3. Pile logs can't be saved directly to recording device. Some locations don't have cell or wifi service, not sure if reports will save in email drafts.

Version 1.5.2 update has been released which allows the user to enter; pile tip elevation/depth, project info, pile type, structure, pile number, etc. Also, when working without data or wifi service the piles logs will sit in your email outbox until you gain access to wifi or data service at which time they will be automatically sent.

Great app!

Thank you for finally making an app like this! I love being able to save and email data. I checked against a saximeter and could not tell the difference. Worth every penny!!
