Critical alerts

This is only one app I found that has critical alerts. I really like it because I used to miss my medication whenever my phone was on silent.

UPDATE: As of version 4.0 (January 18, 2026), we've added Critical Alerts support that bypasses Do Not Disturb, a sound selector with 15 attention-grabbing alarm options, and notification badges on the app icon.
