Pill Scape helps you organize daily medication routines with visual reminders, flexible alarms, dose history, refill tracking, and private on-device exports. Create a medication list with names, strengths, forms, notes, color tags, optional label photos, and multiple local reminder schedules. Mark each dose as taken, skipped, or snoozed from the Today view, then review trends in Insights. The Care Readiness checklist helps you spot missing practical details before an appointment, refill, or caregiver handoff. It checks the completeness of your self-entered record, such as medication names, strength or label text, schedules, refill counts, label photos, notes, and recent self-reported logs. The checklist includes visible source links for medication-list organization and PDC context. Export tools help you keep your own records. Pill Scape can generate a clean medication summary, a care checklist, a PDF report, medication CSV, and dose-history CSV. Everything is generated on device and shared only where you choose. Pill Scape is built for privacy. It does not require an account, does not include ads or analytics SDKs, and does not upload medication details to a developer server. Pill Scape is a personal reminder and organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or medication dosage calculations.
