Impressive App for a Community Bank
This app is user friendly and offers capabilities that are usually only offered from larger banks. I love how I can turn my debit card off and on as needed and have alerts set up for debit card transactions and account balances. Bill pay is nice that you can pay companies or people and the person to person transfer is super convenient! The person you are sending money to just has to enter their debit card number in and the money is in their account. I love the facial recognition sign in and like that security is important with password requirements. In all a trusted app that is easy to use.

Never works
Obviously this app is necessary to check my balance on my accounts but it's very rare that it ever loads enough to log in. I'll leave the app open for hours and nothing happens. I'm stuck calling the bank every time I want to know my account balance.

Slow
The FBB app works well if you need to know where to locate atm's and offices and make transactions between accounts. However, a large function of mobile banking apps should be to check on authorized and unauthorized purchases. Transactions take from 2 to even 4 business days to show up on the list and does not give an accurate representation of what your available balance could be. Numerous times I've been declined at checkouts even though the mobile app states I have a balance. Needs to be up to date and be able to function as nearly all banks do today. Make transactions available to see seconds after purchase with accurate balances.
