Inconsistent Bluetooth
iOS Bluetooth is not consistent. Although the pill box is great. The technology is not.
As if an 8-year old made this app.
Unintuitive, poorly done. Yo can’t fix anything once the (equally horrible) dispenser is added. Nothing really works really if at all.

Not a reliable machine to help with medications as it can not tell the difference between AM and PM

Pain it doesn’t stay connected to app if your not by it it will disconnect
Constantly doesn’t work
Requires bluetooth for it to be functional, but guess what? Bluetooth disconnects DAILY and I’m not going to reconnect my device everyday. The entire point of a smart pill dispenser is to just dispense pills and swallow

NGFS! It worked fine to begin with and then started messing up after two weeks of use. It wouldn’t register that the dose was dispensed and there’s no way of backing the wheel up. So if you advance to the next slot to make it register it throws everything off. Causing you to empty the entire wheel and start over. 😳

Great app! Even better product!
The pill dispenser was gifted to me and it has greatly benefited me. My only wish would be for more ringtones. I have to keep it set to silent because none of the ringtones are palatable to me.

Pill box
App won’t recognize my account
After 3 days of use, I enter to followup my father pills and the app won’t let me login, reset password o create an account. Can’t contact support or anything.
Unreliable
Worked great for two days then stopped working. Tried to reset and still didn’t work. Was never able to register the app. So disappointed.
Best device!
I have been using it for only a week but already it has been wonderful to set it up and have my medications ready in the cup when I need them
Minimal help
The pill machine does not tell you when they take the meds you have to be in the same room to check in the machine
Works great
Downloaded this app for Zoksi smart pill organizer and it was really easy to use and is working great so far! Uses Bluetooth connection to my phone and was so easy to set up, very intuitive and didn’t even need to watch the instructional videos. My phone notifies me and the pill case beeps, then the pill case flashes a blue light if I miss the alarms which is exactly what I wanted.

Function Marking does not work
Function Marking check does not stay on. It goes back to the first option after exiting from setting and going back in.
App is terrible
I like the pill calendar but man does this app need help. It makes it impossible to delete a pill box and add another one if you already have an account. So I signed out and now it won’t let me sign back in. Has a lot of potential but the app is holding it back
Not even able to login
It gets stuck at the sign in screen, can’t sign up, and even the privacy policy is blank
Can’t change the language to English
This changed to Chinese and I can’t change it back.
This app is the worst
Initially it just would work. Now the app switched to Chinese language only and I can fix. Even reinstalled and still Chinese.
Sad app
I was given this as a gift to help me manage my medication. I take 18 pills throughout the day, and I thought this would make my life easier. It has not! Every two hours it disconnects from Wi-Fi trying to reconnect it is a nightmare, and at this point, I feel like I was given an extremely expensive pillbox. Please fix the glitches in this system.
