Requires you make an account, then logs you out. If you don’t have good Internet access this app is useless.

Update: Developer responded by saying pill eye requires an account and Internet connection for “security” but if it was about security, nothing would leave the device at all, no Internet would be required and an account also completely unnecessary for security.

used to be good but last update is bad

now you need to create an account and they want to charge you. there are other free apps available now that work easier and faster. i’m not a professional. i just need to count pills once or twice a month. i get charging for mass use.

the new update also seems to have terms that will reduce privacy.

会員登録で詰まった点はありませんでした。
撮影を5回だけ試しましたが、個数を把握するためだけなら有料会員でなくともしっかり秒速で数えてくれます。
手作業でも確認しましたが間違いありませんでした。

App not working

Won’t work AT ALL, and I pay for the subscription!!! When open app it loads a white screen. Clicked on support and there is NO OPTION to report issues!!! Looked at FAQ and uninstalled and redownloaded and that still didn’t work!!!😡😡😡

Miss counts

If your pills are singular in color it’s good for the most part. If you have multiple color capsules it will miss count every time.

This is on point

Literally you have to lay the pills flat they can not be stacked
, they count them live and with a photo honestly the best app I used to count out over 1000s of pills

Best is class as of today

The live mode with discard tray recognition is amazingly accurate and so useful in daily pill counting. Even when considering the high monthly price, it’s more easy and fast to use than any other app alike in the App Store

Ruined

A previously useful app that has been ruined because it somehow needs to connect to a network to take a pic now. Takes forever to do something I needed done 5 minutes ago. Unusable for me in practice. I’m deleting it.

Was great, now doesn’t work

Paywall

Paywall made this basically useless. You now pay $25 a month to get features you used to have for free. Thanks for the rug pull on our family’s clinic.

Not worth the cost

This app was great when it was truly free. The free account only allows 10 photos. $25.99 to use this is a joke! I loved the app when it was free and used it for my inventory counts. I will never pay $25 a month. Guess it’s time to delete

Overpriced

These guys are dreaming, why would pharmacy pay $50/month for using a basic software? Competitors like pillphill charges $2/month I am willing to pay may be $5/month for some added features like cloud or ai but definitely not $50, I can also buy a professional counter with no monthly subscription for less than $1000 anyway.

라이브에서 갯수 확인되면 바로 포토찍을 수 있으면합니다
그리고 기능 알겠으니까 매번 팝업띄우지 않으셨음 하구요

Ruined the app

After this update this app has become a glitchy unusable cash cows. Full of ads, it freezes all the time and has super weird glitches. Not worth paying for this
