I applied to be a part a Prescription delivery team almost 2months ago. They are still verifying my identity. As I said BS App.

Updating registration

I have registered for driver on the app with my license and insurance. It has been 3 weeks and still has not received any response when the app states 1-2 business days within the app and AI chat has not added a human yet to speak with. This is a flag. I will have to file a police report against this company as my personal information given.

The app doesnt work. you cant schedule anything. unless you want mucinex from cvs, useless.

My mom’s luggage did not make it to Vegas where she was visiting a friend and I needed to get her medications asap as pharmacies were no longer delivering. I paid a premium fee to have guaranteed delivery in 1-2 hours around 9pm and nobody got matched to deliver. In fact, at 8:30am the next morning, still nothing. They’re not responding to email and phone numbers are not working. SCAM.
