I applied to be a part a Prescription delivery team almost 2months ago. They are still verifying my identity. As I said BS App.
Updating registration
I have registered for driver on the app with my license and insurance. It has been 3 weeks and still has not received any response when the app states 1-2 business days within the app and AI chat has not added a human yet to speak with. This is a flag. I will have to file a police report against this company as my personal information given.

The app doesnt work. you cant schedule anything. unless you want mucinex from cvs, useless.

The phone number doesn’t work, emails aren’t responded to… And they will NEVER review pending documents…
Charged $52.99 and pills never arrived
My mom’s luggage did not make it to Vegas where she was visiting a friend and I needed to get her medications asap as pharmacies were no longer delivering. I paid a premium fee to have guaranteed delivery in 1-2 hours around 9pm and nobody got matched to deliver. In fact, at 8:30am the next morning, still nothing. They’re not responding to email and phone numbers are not working. SCAM.

SCAM SITE!!
Total scam site especially when you try to sign up as a driver. They take all your information and they never get back to you with the background check or any information and if you notice at the very bottom where it says contact us they don’t answer their emails. I’ve sent them various emails as to why my application is still pending after 10 days and they’ve got a scam phone number. It’s like 123-4567. I wonder what they’re doing with my information. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. It’s beyond me why Apple still has this app on their store get rid of this app!!!!

They never activated my account
I wanted to work with them, but they never activated my account. I emailed them several times but no response from them. Terrible service. Seems like a fake company. Someone should report them.

It says it takes 1-2 business days to review your account and start seeing orders in the queue but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I am past that and I haven’t heard anything. Also, the customer service number that is on the app doesn’t work. I am beginning to wonder if it is a legit delivery driver courier job.

Ive signed up to be a driver and it’s been pending for a long time
No communication, No working phone number.
After 2 1/2 hours waiting trying to get my extremely sick SON medication while I am out of town, I have yet to receive a confirmation of my order let alone communication in regards to when I can expect for this delivery to begin. Upon trying to call the phone number listed it says this number is not in service. Complete waste of time and very disappointing as I thought we had a solution and now the pharmacy is closed.

Totally useless waste of time to download the app, and begin the sign up process only to receive an error message stating that the service is not available in my area, but they are expanding rapidly so I should check back soon. No, I’ll just choose another who is available in my area. Why then is an app even available in the App Store when it’s not available to everyone?

Great idea- poor execution
I submitted an order at 4pm yesterday. I called at 6, left a message- no answer. I get a call at 8pm- an hour before the pharmacy closes that they are still looking for a driver. Pharmacy closes. I call them this morning- I speak with someone that puts me on hold and nothing…
I understand the people who do this type of work are inconsistent by nature- it may work in other areas but don’t waste your money in East Hillsborough county in Florida.

Pointless
It’s been days since I applied to be a driver and my account still hasn’t been verified. I even sent an email which I’m still waiting on a reply back. Whenever I go on the app it ask me turn to my location on I don’t know why when it’s already on. At this point I need my account deleted cause this is a waste of time especially when I’m trying to make money to pay for a few things. 1 star until further notice.

I scoured their website to see what areas they serve - only after signing up, filling out 2 screens of data do they let you know you are not in their area.

Extremely Courteous & Caring Company
I had a couple of hiccups at first, but it was mostly due to the fact that I had moved quite a ways away from my pharmacy and hadn’t transitioned to one closer. When one driver couldn’t pick up my medication, the man (which I assume runs everything) went completely out of his way to get them for me. It was EXTREMELY kind of him. I would recommend this service in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!!

Waste of time
They make you sign up, capture your personal info, then proceed to advise it’s not available on your area. It also auto-populates the street number as apartment numbers.
Wonderful service for the Las Vegas area!
This is such an underutilized asset in the Las Vegas metro area! Used it for the first time today after a google search. The app itself feels a bit slow to update compared to say, DoorDash or Uber, but the service was amazing, my medications arrived safely, and I didn’t have to risk driving to the pharmacy while on OTC antihistamines to get the rx my physician called in for my seasonal allergies.
