Takes order and payment but branch doesn't receive it. so not fit for purpose
Ordered online last week no problem. This week used app to order more than an hour ahead at toronto union station branch on 2 consecutive days. both days they didn't do the order. when i explained after waiting a further 10 mins guy in the branch nodded and said app was "glitchy". misses the whole point of using an app to order ahead. won't be trying it again obviously.

First of all, this review is of the app, not the coffee. The coffee is outstanding!
The app has basic functionality, but lacks common features, found in other similar apps, such as keeping track of your orders so that you can efficiently replicate past orders, rather than having select your drink and special add-ons, size, type of milk, etc.
Pilot should stand spend a bit more time on user experience and enhance the functionality.

Last few orders haven’t counted towards my points and now can’t even order delivery. Repeatedly asks for an address when the address has been selected and is listed. Very very frustrating
Good App but not for iPhone 14 Pro Max
I’m sure this is a good app if I could use it on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. After careful and challenging clicking I was able to place an order but shouldn’t be this hard.

When they run out, they don’t update the app.
They’ve run out of oat milk repeatedly and don’t take it off of online ordering on the app. They wait until you show up to let you know, which is a big waste of time.

Not recognizing my email and password and when I try to reset it says it doesn’t recognize my email. How do I get in?
