Pilot Landing Spot is a crowd-sourced map of off-airport emergency landing spots, built by and for general aviation pilots flying single- and twin-engine piston aircraft. Every cross-country leg has terrain where the nearest runway is out of reach. Pilot Landing Spot helps you build situational awareness ahead of time by showing pilot-reported open fields, roads, and clearings that other aviators have marked as potential precautionary or emergency landing areas — overlaid directly on the sectional chart you already fly with.
