Love the App, love the store!
I’ve started working with Pilot for a week or 2 now and it’s quite enjoyable! I’m really looking forward to this new journey in my life that God has given me! It may be tough, it may be tiring, but I know it’ll all be worth something in the end!❤️
App not working
It won’t let me clock in or out
Won’t show in location
So I just got a job with you guys, and I’m supposed to clock in and out on my phone, however my iPhone won’t show the location services for this phone for it to be turned on. How can I make this work? Thanks, great app otherwise

Can’t even log in with correct credentials.
Double sign in just to clock in
Loads very slowly, doesn’t support FaceID anymore, asks for two sequential sign ins just to get to clock in. Every update makes it worse. 0/5

iPhone 15 app won’t show up under location services
I have an iPhone 15 plus and this app won’t let me clock in. It stays stuck on retrieving location. So I have to clock in manually.

The newest pilotco update has been really great to use. Very clean and user friendly.
Bad
Ever since the update just have had nothing but trouble. Can’t punch in without going through old site. Can’t access food discount or basic tasks i use to be able to. Claim it’s my phone when half my store has the same problem. Riddled with bugs just terrible.
Won’t work
I have a problem with clocking in on my iPhone my location on but it stay saying error.
The app haven’t worked in weeks
We can’t clock in,clock out or can’t see our schedule or get to our meal discount,app is not available.
NOTIFICATIONS??
Why can I not get notifications for schedule changes? I swear I looked in the settings on the app and couldn't find one for scheduling notifications. One of the worst parts of the app in my opinion. Like I feel like that's a no-brainer?

La peor app que he usado en años, es un fastidio hacerte clocking, no se porque tienes que iniciar sesión todo el tiempo eso la hace muy tediosa, con el simple echo de acceder una sola vez ya la app debería de dejarte entrar todo el tiempo como otras app de otras compañías, se te va el lonche intentando hacerte logout y luego login, estando en la tienda te pone como si no estuvieras en la localización, la verdad un desastre, deja mucho que desear. Ojalá y puedan cambiar eso en la próxima actualización

Clockin and out
Not sure why my app all of a sudden won’t let me clock in or out. Says permission to access your location has been denied to check your browser settings to ensure location services permissions are set to true for this site . I have turned location on and off I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app I’m not sure why it’s no longer letting me clock in and out it’s very inconvenient to use another way other than this at my fingertips please help

This app worked well a few weeks ago, now I can’t even clock in on it, the app wouldn’t load.

Doesn’t work after iOS Update
Don’t know if it’s the reason, but ever since I updated to most recent iOS, app no longer works. Try to log in and just sits there.
Trouble loading
It worked good for a while, I could use it to clock on and off. Lately it hasn’t been loading to allow me to do so.
